Daniel Raemy

Member of the Supervisory Board

Daniel has joined the Supervisory Board of Newport Logistics Fund in September 2022 and he is also an Investment Committee member.

For the last 13 years, Daniel has been working for Bank J. Safra Sarasin, a leading Swiss private bank. As the CEO of J. Safra Sarasin Polska, he has successfully established the bank position on the Polish market. During this time, he has built up a wide network among Polish entrepreneurs and business leaders.

Before joining Bank J. Safra Sarasin in 2009, he had worked at UBS AG for 17 years, where he held several positions within private banking in Switzerland and then in Poland. Daniel studied at KV Zurich Business School in Switzerland and he holds a diploma of Certified International Wealth Manager CIWM from AZEK, Switzerland.

Rafał Sosna

Member of the Supervisory Board

Rafał Sosna has joined Newport Logistics Fund in November 2022 as a member of the Supervisory Board.

Rafał has experience in investment banking (UBS Investment Bank) and private equity: he worked for Advent International, Penta Investments and BXR funds, carrying out several buy – out or growth financing (+20) transactions in the CEE region.

Rafał has been running his own investment activity for over 10 years.

Rafał studied at the Warsaw University of Technology (MSc) and INSEAD (MBA).

Jarosław Sroka

Member of the Supervisory Board

Expert on corporate communications and the media market. For many years a journalist and editor-in-chief of leading Polish business journals such as Gazeta Prawna, Puls Biznesu, and Newsweek Polska; A joint architect of modern business media in Poland.

In July 2009 Jarosław was appointed to the Management Board at KI One, responsible for overseeing corporate communication, investor relations, marketing, and public affairs. He is a graduate of the Institute of Journalism at Warsaw University and has also studied at the prestigious IESE Business School, part of the University of Navarra in Barcelona, and at the Higher School of Insurance and Banking in Warsaw.

A member of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Information Governance Council and the Capital Market Leaders Academy Program Council. Jarosław Sroka is also a member of the Supervisory Board at the Civil Development Forum, a member of the Council of Patrons of the POC, a member of University Councils of the Wroclaw University of Economics and Business, Member of Executive Education Advisory Board of Leon Kozmiński Academy, President of PGA Poland.
